put list BAM shareholders in public site for potential multiple matter, for example, if there are people who want to claim, if there are people who want to make a group of victims, and similar themes

This poll here is specifically for "BAM", it's somewhat redundant, but I think it is fine to break into the specifics which Unbonboma is doing.
The first link you provided Andy is to the poll/vote that specifically concerns BCX, not BAM.
The second link of Andy's is to the previous discussion which resulted in this vote being taken. I'll append links from there to these.

To me the voting can not be on 1 company!
Even if 90% of the sharesholders of BCX would want this!
First there needs to be a poll if more then the top 10 shareholders might be made public!
To me this is an exchange question. I don't believe this should be for voting. There's some kind of a private thing on this.

there are those who think that sometimes the truth, although there are lies, these are clear.
for example.
if I have chickens but deny that I have chickens.
if someone says ... I will kill all the chickens in the world, and you have asked me chicken ...... I say no ... I do not have chickens, but do not kill chickens, you better kill pigs .. XD.
in this instance the truth can be seen, although they tell lies. jejejeje
the truth is often known, although it filled all the lies

To Cocky Dagger & BAM Shareholders:
In the past week I have tried to locate Steven Smith AKA Travis Ristow in real life. All his phone numbers have been disconnected, and I have learned that all his real life businesses are all bankrupt, no longer operational, or whose status is unknown to me at this time.
I have located property that he and his wife have in Michigan, and according to government records, he has not paid his property taxes for 2008-2009. His property in Alabama with the address I had of his doesn't list a dwelling, but is swamp land. His PO Box in Alabama might still be valid, but at this time I do not know if it is or not.
I think it's obvious that Mr. Smith has no intention of owning up to his financial commitments at this time, therefore I support BAM being delisted from ISE. I respectfully ask that the shareholder list be made public so we can all keep it for our records for any real life legal proceedings, or if Mr. Smith decides to return we know how much everyone owns. Thank you.

Interesting. Another piece of evidence that Linden Labs did exactly the right thing by shutting down the SL banking system. I regret having lost my money to Travis of course but I'm sure not much surprised that he disappeared. I have been pretty certain for a long time that he had no plans to ever make good on all his "promises." Well, I was suckered, as were we all. Sadly, this has ruined any faith I had in SL financial systems and will no longer be investing in SL stocks. The lack of oversight and regulation makes this a poor venue to learn how it's done.

sir.
let me tell you that people like you are needed in the markets. I struggle and seek help for a better future. I wanted to BAM, providing capital, but did not want.
it is good that people do not flee, like hundreds of people after being stolen, it is always best to protest that they know that we exist, not satisfied with this and we want justice, and would help with our problems, we can not be ruled by a small group that is not good. Gentlemen, if hundreds of avatars flee markets because their shares stolen and they speak with other people and give a bad reputation to markets, that's terrible.
