As promised, here is my evaluation of the three entities:

It has become clear to me that the way to go is to delist VLADA and IPO a new entity - VTM. Regarding this move in the new entity there will be 200 000 shares created on the basis of the merger of the three abovementioned companies. The 200 000 shares will divide between the shareholders as follows:

VTM*      -   136 400 shares   (or 68,2% of the company)

ANG       -   32 200   shares   (or 16,1% of the company)

VLADA   -    31 400   shares   (or 15,7% of the company)


* - (previous private fund ran by Alain Delpiaz and consisting of money raised from estonian investors. Will be represented by the avatar Fatimah Iramesius)               

Disclaimer: Avatars who are not searchable in SL will not be issued shares in the new company (how could i issue shares to someone who does not exist?)

P.S. Most of the assets have been transferred to the VTMerchant Silvershade account. I am still waiting for Cocky/Arbi to transfer the VLADA assets to the VTM avatar. Also some stocks which need to transferred from one account to the other are waiting for action from one or the other exchange.

Alain can you please advise what equation you used in the calculation for the conversion, i see that from the VLADA perspective its around 2.42, how was this derived ?
