Dear Shareholders,

The easiest way to do the payback for the ALC shares is by paying a L$ 1 dividend. That way each shareholder will get L$ 1 per share. Cocky Dagger already removed my shares, so that I can make that payment. I will pay that dividend in two steps. Today I will pay L$ 0.5 and on Monday I will pay also L$ 0.5
