Short update on sim status
current status of the sims,
1 full sim 100 % filled
1 full sim 50% filled
1 openspace sim spoken for till at least june 2009 despite the price raise
2 openspace sims designated for conversion to full sim, conversion time not yet known.
All in all things are looking good

as far as buybacks go I still have to decide on the level at wich I start to do buybacks, divident will most likely be 0.01 L$ per share but for the time being I'm planning to go ex divident to overcome the losses from WSE basicly blocking all acounts from before aug, this will be up for vote by the share holders later this week

I'm posting to a rather old topic, but what are the changes regarding to this last post of yours? As i see no dividend for a while... one coming up at some point? Trading for the FKH stock is basically non-existent. A small dividend would get things moving again. Any thoughts?
Virtuality is not the opposite of reality. It is rather placed on the scale material<->non-material.
